Possibly been done but Search-Fu failing me.

Trying to use time at home productively - lost 3lbs in the last two weeks with some organised short rides, and using a flexibility routine I found on YouTube which is helping my sciatica more than the original physio exercises did.

Now wanting a simple bodyweight workout to follow to add a bit of strength training to the mix, but there's loads out there to try and navigate.

What have people tried and found easy to keep going?

If timing is suitable the Joe wicks sessions are quite good. I've done 4or5 in the last 2 weeks along with some turbo sessions and although I'm not sure on weight loss it's really helping my mood and I've noticed it getting easier. Probably start to drop off me if I keep going.

Will investigate those suggestions - presumably XHamster requires a treadmill?

Try the sufferfest, its free for a month anyway. But theres a whole load of strength workouts to go with the turbo sessions (if you want burning legs do G.O.A.T, hill climbing at 50rpm!).

Google Marsoc Short Card.

I read about it on a post here a while back. It's great, just reduce the number of times you do each exercise to suit yourself if you need to. Put some music on and work down the list - no fannying around with youtube.

App based. Adidas Training have recently announced that they have made the premium side free for 90 days. Have used it and enjoyed it in the past but lack the dedication to stick at it, but that’s another story! Do still use it though but just pick random workouts when I want.

Apple link, but presume it’s on Android too

Online School of Calisthenics have made a couple of their programs free recently too. Can’t comment but for free worth a look.

Liking the look of that MARSOC one. Thing I’ll add that to the list of things to try out.

+1 Sufferfest has a complete library of bodyweight sessions that step up from 10 min long up to an hour with accompanying training programs if you want.

Their videos do a good job of getting you to nail the movements and letting your body adapt before stepping up the intensity. It's easy to just get a Joe Wicks HIIT video of youtube and jump about but it's better if you can build your flexibility, strength and coordination first.

Also because the videos start short it's easier to get into them. If you are starting from a zero base in strength training you'd be surprised but 2 x10 mins a week will be enough to give you substantial aches.
