Hi, after a porcelain patio cleaner (algae, bird pooh, leaf juice etc etc) that is safe to the tiles and the garden plants.

We’ve been using (as recommended by the installer) hg floors product 31, natural stone cement grout film remover, but this doesn’t seem anywhere as good as patio magic (which we used before we went porcelain - however it’s not marked as porcelain safe)

anyway, any recommendations , thanks

[s]patio magic[/s]

ohh bugger (that was just to bump the post)

Wasn't aware of porcelain patios, quick video search of YT suggest just using a jet washer, no cleaner required?

We just use fairy liquid and a brush on ours, the algae doesn't doesn't get engrained like stone or concrete as it isn't porous.

I think Wet and forget is safe for porcelain, takes time to work, maybe use after manual cleaning to prevent return of the green and stains.

I’ve done that (literally) as the mrs persists in putting leaking plant pots all over the place and I found that getting the old garage cushion (knee protector) and using a hand scrubbing brush worked best (but is VERY time consuming)

I did mine yesterday (no I'm not an obsessive, I've only done it twice since having it installed last summer) using a Karcher jetwash. I just had to get in close to shift the stubborn grime. Everything came up lovely (ours is a very pale beige) except a few rust stains which look now to be permanent.

Sussed it, ebike saves the day, swap out the 29 rear, install a 27.5 rear with scrubbing brushes fitted instead of a tyre and then I can just pootle round the patio while not getting fitter.
