Looking for some inspiring DVD's that I can watch while on the turbo or rollers when winter comes around.

I already have

ride the divide
race across the sky (leadville 100)
revealing the path (on its way)

and am about to order

Maybe not what you're looking for but what about the old Jorgen Leth films? Stars and Watercarriers, Sunday in Hell, Greatest Show on Earth etc. By far my favourite cycling films.

I buy them online, bit pricey on the postage, but not too bad.

Is the region not an issue?

No this sort of stuff is region free, its only the big companies that exploit protective markets that use regions.

Not quite the same kind of thing. But for a turbo session you could do worse than following along with a sufferfest video or two. If you push it hard and follow the intensity rules they're killer for winter turbo sessions. Pretty cheap and download only.

I have sufferfest, looking for something more inspiring rather than soul destroying.

That 24solo is just the kind of thing.

today I watched bicycle dreams,by auerbach, bought it off amazon.
It's about the 2006 raam, and I thought it was excellent.
a low budget production, but well put together.
had something in my eye at a certain point.

highly recommended.

Is that the one with the pomme guy using a neck pillow backwards to hold his head up ? If so awesome and very very dusty in places.

nzcol, yeah,that's the one.
'if it works,it works' as said by the bloke with the sleeping pillow ductaped to his neck.
And dusty.well said.
imdb gives it 7.4 I think.
luis malle did a doc on the tdf,in '61.it's on youtube and well worth watching.
toto' did toto' al giro,I think in '48.great stuff.
but all 3 are worth sitting down for.

MSP - Can you tell me where you are going to order "An epic tale" from as I am finding it difficult to source.

Though all four are undefeated, three must break and only one can remain Unbreakable.

I'd love to get really good and thrash all four, just to mess up this tagline!!

My card kept getting rejected so I emailed the guy who made it, so he's sending it me.
