Does anybody recognise van?? I know it's a blurry image but quite distinctive sign writing. Driver wanted in connection with a hit-and-run round the corner from me.

Location was Farnborough, Hampshire. It's on the local facebok pages but nobody recognises it so I thought it might have come from outside the area...........
