brother in law has just delivered me a load of game, shot this week on a trip to the Orkneys.
got, 2 x rabbits, 5lbs of pidgeon breast, 5lbs of goose breast and 2 x pheasant.
I don't want to make a pie.....any idea's for something else?

You could use the pigeon and rabbit with some sausage in an amazing Toad in the Hole.

You could do some kind of 3 bird roast by wrapping the pigeon breast in the pheasant breast, then wrap that in goose breast.

By the way, I once made sweet and sour rabbit- it was horrible.
