There was a link a while ago to some rather good looking ready meals for camping etc, which I thought I'd book marked, but it seems not. Anyone care to share, I've tried the search...

When we used to go camping as kids, my mate Ben had all the best food - pot noodles, snacks, cakes, and other delicious tit bits....and fags.

I used to have to make do with whatever I could take from my Mum's food cupboard which usually was a tin of Ambrosia rice pudding and a tin of baked beans.

Yes, took them on a 4 day kayaking trip last year. Not mahoosive portions but easily bulled up with boil in the bag rice, or actually no, not rice. BEANS! Lots of beans.

EDIT: they were nice and tasty and not full of crap.
