Just thinking I could do with some alternative sat-on-the-can material. I want interviews with interesting people, musings on the world written by interesting people, a bit of good music background, a bit of art and culture, a bit of design and architecture, a bit of travel, quality photography and maybe even a bit of gent's fashion. I don't need a geek feast of the best blueraytoothdvdinterwebbery and looking at the norks on a girl I could have taught 5yrs ago makes me feel very weird. 40 next week- hopefully a "youthful" 40 but even so nothing too yoof!
Esquire? Anything better?

I buy the odd photography mag and usually Digital Photographer seems to be the one that grabs my attention most.
However, I picked up last months Outdoor Photography and found it an interesting read - there was a short interview with Seb Rogers, as well as an interesting one with George Karbus (an ocean photographer). The whole mag was an interesting read with some great pics and features.
