Ordered a few bits and pieces in the Rapha sale yesterday that I've had my eye on for a while. Unfortunately just got a call from bank to say my credit card was used fraudulently a few days ago and they need to block it and send a new one. The Rapha order hasn't been processed yet and they charge on dispatch.
Anyone know if the rapha site has a nice smooth method of re-entering card details once the blocked card has been declined, or is it just an insta-cancel and reorder? All the sale stuff is now out of stock and customer services are closed..
I just had a dispatch email for an order from yesterday so sales are being processed by humans today
