Friday evening my thumb started twitching, still doing it Saturday morning but has now stopped. Whats all that about then? Am I going to die? Mild case of cat AIDS?

twitching like a muscle spasm, or something more pronounced? If more could be a sign of many things, if repeats to the Doc I would say.
