Why do news programs not put the name and title of senior members of the Royal Family, Prime Minister or the President of the USA on captions ?
You don't see for example " HRH Prince of Wales " pop up on screen when good ol Charlie comes on.
Is it a respect thing, e.g. Everyone knows who they are ?
