This is a weird, two part question: I fancy getting one of those Ninja hand held nutri-bullet style portable blenders so that I can be a bit healthier while travelling for work.

Question: 1a - Has anyone experience of those blenders? Are they any good? Powerful enough to chomp some veg?

And part 1b - Would I be able to take it in hand luggage as I never travel with checked bags for work...

Electrical.things have to go in hand luggage.

Blades have to go in hold luggage.

Good luck!

No idea if a nutri bullet comes apart but my Bosche one does, so I could split it.

Not quite.

Does it have a battery? I suspect not, purely mains powered think and thus, it goes in your checked baggage, like a hairdryer would.

If it has a battery, it gets more complicated as above.

If airport security take issue then explaining that it's a "nutri-bullet" will definitely help the situation.
