Right I have baby sitting duties while my wife attends the daytime events of a hen party in Oxford - there will be 2 other guys in the same position all with 3 month old babies!
Any thoughts how we can kill a few hours during the day? Other than bowling I am stuck.....also need to be alcohol free.
Pitt Rivers
/thread
There's a cool bike shop/cafe in Oxford. Might be a struggle with push chairs, but if you've got them strapped on to you you'd have no problem. Don't remember the name but nothing a quick google wouldn't overcome.
+1 for Pitt rivers. Old school museum with some crazy stuff in it. Wandering around the accessible bits of the colleges is good for a little while. The market is quite interesting too. Driving and parking is a bit of an issue in the centre.
Variation on a usual theme....
Creche and hookers.
If the weather is nice the outdoor pool at Hinksey park is nice for little ones, got a beach style slope at one end so is good for babies to sit in and splash about.
Theres a "splash" type water park next door as well which is good fun.
Another + for the Pitt Rivers, might be a little bit big for real young 'uns though.
Uni parks are always good for a stroll with buggies, Christchurch is pretty accessible from the city centre and was always good for talent spotting 😉
LOL @ scutter - yes it is going to be like a real comedy.
Cheers for the Pitt Rivers tip - I shall check it out. The kids are way too young for the pool, esp in the hands of their fathers alone!
PUB!! Children will be women attractors.
Slings all the way. Pushchairs are crap for this.
1 of you take care of all children, rest go to strip club then swap,
