Tonight, as of midnight I am embarking a cycle challenge to raise money for teenage cancer trust and cancer research UK. I am going to do 200 miles over a day and a half, hopefully through the night and no sleep! Slow and steady is the pace. So,if you wish to donate. The route I am taking is from Bristol to Gloucester, then on to Hereford, Talgarth, over the brecon beacons, onto Cardiff, Newport, chepstow then back to Bristol home.
