[Closed] raised garden border - best materials to use

hi folks,

just after a bit of advice....we're having our garden renovated and want a raised border down one side.

We thought about building the wall out of oak sleepers, but then saw some good examples of where the wall is clad in cedar - looks nice and modern which is what we're after.

Any one had any experience of building these walls? would building it out of concrete blocks and then fastening the cladding (or even using cedar decking) to that work?

The wall will be about 10m long and only about 60cm or so high.
