2 am you have Alex Lester during the week, all goes wrong on week days from 0500, and at weekends from 0600. Only good things Anneka, or Vanessa during the weeks are good for is getting you to switch off the radio, as both their shows are terrible.
Quite enjoyed Jo Whiley on for Wrighty, better taste in music and doesn't cut half the music off to talk. Tarrant is the best stand in followed closely by Kielty. Vanessa is by far the most irritating with her patronising I'm here to educate you thick plebeians mantra.

I just wish she could put some punctuation in when she talks instead of rambling on in one massive over-extended pointlessly flowery sentence which for some [HUGE BREATH] bears absolutely nothing do to with the point in question but of course you dear listener would [HUGE BREATH] know this since I'm pretty certain she just writes the whole lot down before the show and reads verbatim in the same style that a five-year-old does in primary school.
Now, if we could get Richard Allinson on more often, things would be better. I sometimes catch Alex Lester on the way to work - excellent show - but feel a bit guilty listening to him on iPlayer. You have to be one of a select few to join the 3.46 club.
