My Salomons has finally started to perish after 10+ years faithful service. Soles are coming away from the bosy and near worn througn in places. At £12 a year ish I think they have served me proud.
Tried on a pair of AKU Camana GTX today. Fit like a glove but struggling to find reviews online.
Never heard of the brand before and at £100+ I wouldnt mind knowing if they are worth the money.
Other wise recomendations appreciated I hear the new Salomon Elios GTX is meant to be pretty good.
They are, as with everything at the mo, for going to oz, in to the outback, where is likely to be hot. After a mid boot. cool, lightweight, goretex for when it is wet, that'll last me another 10 years for £100-140 ish.
