Europe having 5 out the top 10 and yup as dd rightly said first it's france. Helped in parts by Paris being the most visited city in the world.

Without being a patronising cock, that’s not a massive surprise is it? Or why did you find it surprising? Which did you think it would be?

(I’d also say the amount of tourists it gets from the ski season alone must be bigger than most other European countries’ annual total.)

I thought it would be the US due to its sheer size and diversity of what it has on offer. And I thought Spain would be ahead of France due to its year round holiday draw.
