Bought and item BIN from a business seller, doesn't fit.
Gonna use my cooling off period to return, now afaik I should get a full refund inc. my original postage fee, correct?

Just checked the sellers terms and it says only the item cost will be refunded not postage from him.

Is this enforceable?

You pay the postage.

You only get your postage if the items broken or if they sent you the wrong size, if you've bought the wrong size then you'll only get the purchase price.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges. You must refund the original delivery charges. You are permitted to require the buyer to pay for the cost of returning the item, but only if you clearly inform the buyer of this before the contract is made.

No.

OP is correct - DSR mean the seller has to refund original postage costs if the entire order is returned. Ebay BIN sellers are not exempt from this.

Who pays the return postage to get the item back to the seller is down to the sellers terms and conditions, if it's not mentioned the OP is also entitled to claim back the cost of his return postage, although that's a bit tight 😉
