I've sold an item on ebay, the chaps paypal address is different to his ebay address. Do ebay stipulate I must send it to has ebay address?

If you want protection, paypal stipulate that it must be sent to the registered paypal address (they offer the seller protection).

ebay couldn't give a toss, they'll side with the buyer regardless.

The first thing that buyers need to know is that Paypal *requires* sellers to ship to the listed address on the Paypal transaction in order to be protected by Paypal's Seller Protection Policy .

I always use a different address to my paypal address, as there is no one in at home to accept delivery during the day.

Sometimes a seller emails me to confirm that it is correct, but no one has yet refused to send it to the alternative address (my work). I hadn't realised that they were risking being scammed (by me) by doing this.
