You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
If you were trying to gauge support for a community cycling venue and had the opportunity to ask members of the public on a Saturday afternoon after a taster session on a mobile version.
1. How many questions is enough?
2. What questions to ask?
1) Did you like it? [yes / no]
1. 10
2. dunno but certainly seems to be a good way to get some nicely biased data
Keep it short -
Yes it'll be biased but that's what we want.
Saw one recently where 300 questionnaires were posted with a <2% negative response. The fact only 10 were returned is neither here nor there with 5 negatives.
[edited as my post was far too serious]
1) for 'enough', possibly 3 plus some basic demographics (age, family status, general interest in cycling or not).
2) what did you think of the session/ venue ; any possible areas of improvement; and then possibly the final question can be 3-4 statements on an agree/ disagree scale. "this is a good use of the space/ money; I will definitely visit here; I would recommend it to friends/ family" etc.
Cheers nicko that's along the lines I was thinking.
