What's the best portable means of listening to the radio these days (analogue and digital stations)?

Some sort of phone with unlimited internet plan. Then you can stream radio stations off the net. iPhone for me but am sure there are a lot more phones that can do the same.

how portable? head phones? or small speakers etc?

i use my ipod, ive got an ipod radio remote that plugs into the bottom dont get the digital stations mind, plus its a remote so i can change the tracks etc on the go without going into the pocket!

or like said most mobile phone have a radio.
