It' been while since I've visited the Q's and I'm meeting my brother and his 23 yr old daughter (+ her boyfriend ) for a couple of hours ride this Monday.
I wondered I anyone could suggest a suitable route which would be relatively straightforward and avoid anything particularly gnarly or challenging as I'm the only one with reasonable skills / experience and we'll be riding rigid bikes.
IIRC we have previously parked at Lydeyard ? Car Park and followed the ridge towards the sea to then turned off down towards Weacombe?.
We'd then climb back up through woods before going down lady's edge and into Holford past a pub/ hotel in the woods.
After that it was back along a small lane in to Holford Combe and generally head back but the detail is vague.
I'm happy to do the same route again but if anyone has a better suggestion or advice it would be much appreciated.
Many thanks in advance
Bill in Exeter.

Along the ridge, stert/somerton combe, turn left at the bottom, climb lady’s edge. Down weacombe, climb back to ridge and back along.

I usually do that from Crowcombe gate as a quick blast when I’m visiting my mum up that way.

I did wonder for a while if sharki was a figment of my imagination ala Tyler Durden, but I’m definitely not him...
