Is the queue for check in the same queue as the queue for dropping off baggage? Or is there a separate queue for those who have checked in online? (Like there's is a Leeds Bradford).
Party of 9 but one can't check in online due to some random software glitch with Jet2's online check-in.

It’s usually the same queue and they only spilt out the parties with small children. They’re hyper-efficient. Just tell the attendant at the start of the queue what’s what and they’ll direct you appropriately.

I got stuck in a loop on jet2 app, kept telling me to go to check in. I checked in on the website, got the boarding pass. Told to go to check in as they couldn't verify my docs. I just went to gate as normal as had boarding pass.

Jet2 systems seem to run on steam, just scanned pass at gate and I flew as normal. Tbd I fly a fair bit with them so expect Ryanair levels of service but jet2 seem ok.

Manchester though.

Usually bag drop and check in is the same desk.

If you've checked in online and don't have any hold luggage you can just go straight to departures/security.

It's always me wonder about the whole online check in thing, getting charged extra to check in at the desk but if you have hold luggage anyway, what's the difference?

Thanks. One of our party was under 18 on the original booking but it got postponed due to COVID and now they're over 18. Online system won't allow them to check in as their DOB is 'wrong' even though it hasn't changed. Apparently Jet2 IT are supposed to be sorting it but no joy so far.

Are you close to the airport? Jet2 offer Twilight check-in and bag drop the night before if you're flying before 12pm

Didn't even know this was a thing. We're flying out on the 31st so I'm going to drop the cases off the day before as we're only half an hour away and it's a 6am flight.
