Is it worth the hassle? I've tried and failed to get the app to download (though it says it has) or open on my phone. I work in a phone signal black spot and have found phone messages from them when I've got home offering help but advise me to use the Wattbot (via the app) to communicate with them ...... arrrgh!!!

.... I think I might have answered my own question!

Been fine for me since I switched to them. “Worth the hassle”, though? I mean, the idea of an energy supplier is that they bring down your costs and are no hassle... so...

I'm happy with them, cheaper than bulb.

I've not had any problems. Vey smooth in fact.

The bill is tuned to the readings - which is useful.

Getting a bit exasperated with it as they called be the first two days but as I work in a phone black spot I just hear the message later. It keeps telling me it's downloaded but when I try find it I only end up at a page that has a box saying 'no eligible devices for app install' clicking the dropdown shows my phone listed but 'greyed out' so can't click it!

Found the reason!!!

Because I don't play games on my phone I had disabled 'Google Play' as soon as I sorted that everything was as smooth as silk!! (so far, not that I'm cynical about this sort of stuff). Just a pity that they couldn't have recognised that!
