Switched it on as normal , no display or lights on . I've tried another power lead and nothing and plugged the radio lead into something else and that works .
Anyone had a similar experience or thoughts on whats failed ?
I've had two fail on me now, but they had a combined 15yrs+ of heavy service between them
I mourned them and bought another
Edit: That sounds flippant, not meant to be.
Is it a new one? Warranty? Otherwise the two i've had that died just went and weren't worth the hassle/cost of trying to fix so they went for recycling
Its a series 2 about 18mths old , only had normal use in the house .
I had a similar problem, it seems the power supplies are prone to failing, email pure through they're website and they'll probably send you a new power supply, they did with my at least 5 year old one
That's a coincidence - my wife just announced that her Pure won't turn on most of the time over the last couple of days. Wonder if that's the power supply too?
Hers is a good few years old now.
Just took it in into pc/curryworld and got them too try a couple of power leads - nope its dead .
Sorry just realised I misread your post.
Drop them an email- great customer service.
The warranty is two years by default, and they have dealt with issues in the past for me with kit that is well outside its warranty.
