Oh stop it, there were two puppies at training yesterday (a spaniel and a little brown thing of high pedigree that I've forgotten). My dogs are 18 months and 2 years and I'm not allowed a new puppy!

*flounces off to look at puppies on Dogs Trust and the RSPCA website*

(he(?)'s gorgeous by the way 🙂 )

Very cute, what is he - a lurcher?.

Here's a box of spaniel/german pointer puppies, not mine, they belong to a mate, they were only in the box to carry them from the house to the walled garden so they could run around.

Approx 8 weeks old

Proud dad, passed away 2 years ago 🙁

But his kids are all grown up now, they turned 5 a few weeks ago. (my mate kept two of the pups)

We are picking this little fella up a week Monday!
What do people recommend for food, think we're gonna stick to dry food if possible, so we've bought some james wellbeloved puppy food

We've stuck with dry food, along with some chicken or tuna. He seems to be doing ok on this.

I have a tale about that from our honeymoon. That was a long, long time ago though!

Now 8 months old and hopefully her weed-like growth has slowed right down...

This,

Turned into this,

[img] [/img]

Wilma, who had to be rehomed at 8 months because Mrs EGF was very ill. (still only about 40-50%)

Gutted is not the word. (about either subject) 😥

Sorry to hear you finally had to give her up Essel but sounds like you made the best but hardest decision.

Thanks Drac. Every time I see a Red Fox Lab I want to cry. (or bundle it into the car) 🙄

Ooh I can play now!!!
Bella, joined our family last weekend.
She's a sprocker spaniel, joining our 5yr old sprocker who so far has been very tolerant with only a few growls and barks to put her in her place and let her knows who's top dog!
Although having a puppy has made me realise how much we had taken for granted being able to leave shoes and toys on the floor without them being chewed!
