If you've done anything other than give it a bit of a strain it will take several weeks to recover. See how it is after a few days but if it still hurts keep resting, no point rushing it and jiggering it properly!
Thanks for that. Looks, from the site, to be a grade 2 thigh strain of the vastus medialis. And I should've been ice and compressing it.
At least I've rested I suppose. Resting is so bloody boring.
My professional medical opinion is that you should be put down..
Kinda like an old horse.
