So appears I've pulled / torn something at the top part of the back of my knee. Seems fine to walk around on but the area hurts when you push on it.
Rested up for 3 days now, still sore to touch.
Have I pulled my hamstring? How long before I can ride without risking making it worse?
Not severe enough to bother a gp.
Any Bruising?

No bruising, back on the bike last 2 days for a couple of hours low intensity, doesn't hurt but can feel the ache the whole ride. No racing for me on Sunday 🙁
Tried stretching? Specifically hamstring and quad stretches?
Yep stretching every morning and most evenings, icing after rides now too. I think it must be a minor tear so hopefully light training will be ok. Just wondering how long it might hang around for.
Have you figured out what caused it to start with? If its unexplained will defiantly be worth checking saddle height, spd alignment etc.
