The Botley Hill Farmhouse above Oxted - great views, great food. Use it often as it is on one of my routes.....
The Griffin Inn, Fletching has a great view of the South Downs from the back garden

Vote for Botley hill as well. Nice pub, great views and convenient for some great rides (and brutal hills).
Will need to be on a large hill to see Gatwick 20 miles away...not the best view from a pub garden though...
Botley is nice and has good views across Woldingham.
