I wonder how frequent that is...I've had that with every order bar 1 with Wiggle since Hermes became Evri...the second order arrives and 30 minutes later, the first one arrives. I end up with 2 of each order and I've asked Wiggle why they keep using Evri as it seems to happen frequently. According to wiggle it doesn't happen often at all it must be quite often though, surely?

I had exactly the same chat today.

Evri truly are shitehousery in the extreme.

I remember CRC used to get stuff to you almost next day via RM.

I would wager this happens more often than not.

Just for some balance: my replacement order from CRC arrived the very next day delivered by a smiling Evri delivery driver 😁

I’ve got so many multi tools, but I hate using them, they are only any good at nipping up easy to get to bolts. A Bosch mini ratchet with a hand picked selection of bits, plus a separate chain tool makes much more sense and is a lot lighter.
I got this for £11…
Bosch 27pc.Screwdriver Bit and Ratchet Set (PH-, PZ-, Hex-, T-, S-Bit, Accessories Drill and Screwdriver) https://amzn.eu/d/7Vd9OAe

I still love a multi tool- bought three in the last couple of months.

I got one of those a few months back. On the first use, the ratchet fell apart. Return to sender.

How are folks finding these tools? Lightweight and small it's true, but more than once I've found the bits too short to reach the bolt or screw that needs bolting or screwing.

Reluctant to go back to my Alien 3 though due to the fact its effing massive and weighs a tonne.

I like mine, does what I need it to on the trail. yes it's a compromise, but it seems to be working and not a rusty lump after 6 months use, unlike my park tool i beam tool.

the chain hook keeps falling off the tool though, which is annoying.

Yes, there's that too. I just tucked it in the little pouch.

Same with mine.

Think I prefer my Hexus

Probably find the hook has slackened off. Use pliers to re-bend it and that might solve the prob.

It's handy to have but thats got to be the worlds most useless tyre lever.

I managed to snap the 6mm on a mates one trying to undo a very tight axle on the trail.

If anyone has broken another bit on theirs and wants to sell me the 6mm key let me know. 😊

Topeak don't have spares for these it seems.
