170 piece is only £115 so less than the usual half price
and even less with bc 10%
Unless you have a use for imperial sizes half of either of those will be junk to you.
I've had their professional range sockets before and they are good value with lifetime warranty that honour with question but it's a bit of pain when a piece breaks and you need it to finish putting the car together so that you can to the store and have the broken piece replaced.
The spanners and screwdrivers have been fine and seem to be better quality. If it was me I'd get a metric socket set from Bahco for the range you need.
a majority are 12 point as well....
pain in the arse for the rare occasion 12 point is actually required.
+1 for a bahco set 1/2 inch metric and 1/4 inch metric should see you right for most things modern.
