Sony are running the usual cashback offer on the singletrack fav and other sony cameras.
So the mark 1 version is £250 after cashback.

They've gone up rather a lot in the last year or so.
I got mine in Feb '16 for £250 before the £60 cashback.

Good camera!

Agreed is very good IQ. Particularly good night/low-light shots as mentioned.

Ultimately though I wouldn't recommend owing to poor/fiddly ergonomics and fragility so had to look elsewhere. At least get an extended warranty if considering.

The ergonomics are helped enormously by a 'Franiec' type add-on grip.

They're not dust proof, so always use a case (or even a polythene bag) if you're going to stick one in your pocket.
