Tom Robb (74) is missing from the Carron Valley area in Stirling, have you seen him? Please contact us on 01786 456000 if you have any information on his whereabouts.
...
"Tom is well known in the Carron Valley area and we have a lot of local people with knowledge of the area and terrain helping us search for him."

Tom is described as 5' 10" tall, with balding grey hair, of medium build and was last seen wearing a two-tone grey jumper and blue trousers.

It is believed that last confirmed sighting of Tom was around 4.30pm at Duncarron Fort in the Carron Valley where a music festival was being held.

He was also seen a short time earlier by a group of walkers in the Meikle Bin area.

Inspector Mitchell said: “We appeal for anyone who may have been in the Carron Valley area on Saturday, Sunday – or even today, who may have seen Tom, to come forward.”

Anyone with information should contact Central Scotland Police on 01786 456000.

I know there are a few on here that ride up that way, so keep your eyes open please.

Still an active appeal I'm afraid.

Inspector Mitchell said: "The Carron Valley area is used extensively by walkers, cyclists and other outdoor enthusiasts. I appeal for anyone who may see Tom to contact us immediately."
