Try not to spill any excess on a cliff top. Especially if you're clergy.

Bloody Weetabix Factory. Stinky stinky.

Every time it's about to rain in Wellingborough, you can smell Weetabix first!

O/T - Always used to eat 9 Weetabix, only just made it through to lunch before I was hungry again! After a few years of it, someone told me it was a lot. Seems this is the common view, yet it never seemed so to me?!

Dr. P - Are some people just less efficient at digesting food? I stuff my face every day, yet never seem to put on weight. Better watch it though, I just quit smoking.

For a cheaper alternative, make your own asda muesli with a paper shredder and some dead flies!

Some people just burn the energy more than others.
I am one of those...if I eat loads, I get really hot...
There was an interesting programme ages ago about 'thin face stuffers' and they ate double the advised calories, and only put on a slight amount of weight.
Alas, the opposite can also be true..

9 Weetabix

someone told me it was a lot

There isn't a lot of calories in a weetabix. About 50 IIRC. 9 lots of 50 is still only 450 which is less than one large starbucks mocha with cream.
