Led Zeppelin Live in London 2007: Celebration Day

It’s taken five years for a cinematic release of the concert footage and this is an edited version for the BBC. But it’s the closest most of us will ever get to the excitement of being there: from the opening chords of Good Times Bad Times to the powerhouse finish of Rock and Roll, this is pure, dirty, sexy Led Zep. And that’s how they roll.

BBC2, 22.5 (34.45 in scotland)

On: BBC 2 London (2)

Time: 22:45 to 23:45 (1 hour long)

Led Zeppelin reformed for one night only at London's O2 on 10 December 2007 to show one more time why they are one of Britain's greatest ever rock and roll bands. Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and drummer Jason Bonham, stepping in for his late father, revisited the classic catalogue in all its sonic glory in honour of Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun. Tracks performed in this special edit for the BBC include Whole Lotta Love, Kashmir, Dazed and Confused and Black Dog.
