My son spends the hours we let him doing the same. He takes great delight in naming and explaining all the trucks during real life car journeys.

He also plays Farming simulator. Watching him plough a field for 30 minutes was the dullest thing I’ve seen for a while.
There is a jet wash simulator (free on game pass) I had to uninstall it as I was becoming obsessed. Same with a game to scrap spaceships.
