You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Of no interest to me, the headliners are always from about 50 years ago doing the same songs and the whole security and no outside food or drinks puts me off. Along with the massive amount of humans in one place!
However if anyone on here was looking at buying tickets they have them with 90 quid off here:

Well, last year two of the headliners were Blur, doing a large chunk of their current album, and the Prodigy.
Quite a few other artists were new or current as well.
Security is no more obtrusive than any live gig, and you won't get away with taking your own food or drink into any live venue either.
As far as massive amounts of humanity in one place, it's a lot more crowded in most small-medium venues, and somewhere like the O2 can be pretty crammed.
I spent all three days down the front of the main stage at last year's IoW Festival, and only during the Prodigy show did things get really rammed down the front; I lasted three songs before retreating to the sound desk.
Having some asswipe piss down the back of my legs didn't help, and it was chucking it down as well.
The rest was excellent and there wasn't too much shoving down the front, except when Damon Albarn was leaning over the crowd barrier.
Damon with his security holding on to stop him being abducted! 😀
Fair point RE last year's bands but the security thing is what would bother me most, I'm used to punk type gigs where there are no bouncers at all and you can bring in whatever you want and get on with enjoying the music without being babysitted.
Plus I can hear most of it from my bedroom anyway
I love mixing with new age punks that haven't been searched too
£90 off, sign of the times. People are being much more careful with their spending
Stars lined up to perform include The Who, Stereophonics, Faithless, Jess Glynne, Adam Ant, Status Quo, Turin Brakes, Sex Pissed Dolls, Richard Ashcroft, Iggy Pop – and of course rock gods Queen plus Adam Lambert
He's got a point though. Iggy's my hero, but jeez, the rest of it! Might as well be the Guilford Festival!
Plus... The Corrs?? Wouldn't pay a fiver let alone £90.
you won't get away with taking your own food or drink into any live venue...
You can at Glastonbury - just so long as there are now glass bottles. You can (quite literally) walk right through security with a trolly piled high with Stella should you wish to.
