A free 4 pack from Brewdog

Well, £1.95 for postage and a long wait.. but. It's worked for me.

That’s dedication for the £3 saving and hour wait think I’ll go down coop.

What do you get for free anything you want? I like those double hazy jane’s.

Number of users in queue ahead of you: 133332

Reminds me of supermarkets in April.

I'm still playing...

Q a minute long just now and free IPA'S as well. Ended up with 16 beers for £25, Lost isn't any worse than other cooking lagers.

Welcome10 is still working as a discount code, so works out at £55 for a 48 pack if you're buying more at the same time

I thought £55 for a case of 48 was about the normal price?
There was an offer in December that was £49 for 48 - that was my Christmas stash sorted.
Have the prices increased?

Yes. They are now more expensive than the supermarket.

How low on capacity is their website? Or how many people are trying to buy beer?

Yes. They are now more expensive than the supermarket.

They always were for basic beer.

The website comes into its own if you want to buy anything new, not standard or special editions.

Back to normal then.

Even with shareholder discount the headliners are often cheaper in supermarkets.

Speaking of which, I found some Layer Cake in our local Tesco which was tasty.

Flat warm English ale drinkers need not apply would be my caveat.

Lost is shite, lets be honest. Bland flavourless crap that does a disservice to pilsners. I'd sooner just get a pack of generic Lidl/Aldi. Better than Carling would be my most charitable comment and even that's not much of a compliment.

Anyone with taste buds need not apply would be my caveat 😉

Well to be fair that is written on the can.

It is a lager after all.

There really isn't a good one.

Another here I’m afraid who thinks brew dog stuff is marketing style over good tasting substance.

Can I point you in the direction of their recently discovered Backyard Brewery

Their Gold was delicious and I aim to try others soon.

Pick any (decent) Euro beer, there's plenty of good stuff out there, most German beers are lagers of varying type.

If you're talking about the crap we get served in pubs however...

I am constantly surprised by the urgency with which people who don't like a thing have to tell people who like a thing that they don't like the thing that they like.

Well given there have been a few people of that opinion it may help someone who is deciding whether to sit in a queue for a few hours. I'm not a Brewdog hater BTW but that one is an exception.

Careful @bruneep, posting a pic of the forum on the forum could put your laptop in to an infinite loop 😀

Well I will admit I wouldn't have waited hours for free lost lager -nor would I pay 2.10 for vocation lager but by the by.

At5am the queue was 2 minutes. Free beer is free beer.

After you have had Starr , efes , cuca , luandina , eka and Berk number 1 .. lost as a lager begins to be appealing how ever I still associate lager with an old job due to the aforementioned beers

I actually really liked the punk till they changed the recipe and reduced the alcohol content.

Agree with Lost lager, it's just nasty.
I'd rather have a Stella.
