Never really into 2000AD, I did buy Deadline comics, though, mainly because of Tank Girl.

Maybe it’s an age thing - I started with 2000AD (prog 2) and finished with Deadline, which I still have (bar the TG poster). Assume the offer is CBR format versions?

Thanks. That'll be a blast from the past. Used to have that delivered as a kid.

Drokk! Been after Chaos Day since I got back into it shortly after that madness. Brink and Absolom are brilliant as well, never been a Slaine fan but not going to gripe.

@drlex - I’ve still got my original editions of Deadline, signed by the artists - they did a tour around various comic shops, so all my copies were signed, plus I’ve got an A4 sheet of paper with signed sketches by each of them, and also this;

@countzero - very nice! I may have gone to on of the shops on the same tour to get a copy signed and buy some merchandise. As my daughters prefer manga, I’ll save all the Deadlines for my grandchildren.

@drlex - I was on my way out of the shop, (Forbidden Planet up Park Street in Bristol), and I suddenly thought about getting something done on my jacket lining. Went back upstairs, and asked them if they could do something on my jacket lining. Cue a certain amount of discussion among them, I think it was Brett said, “dunno, never drawn on anything like that, but I’ll give it a go”, then after a couple of lines said “woah, this is a really nice surface to draw on”, and really went to town, as did Philip and Jamie. When Jamie finished the Tank Girl drawing, he said “great eye, I’m really pleased with that eye!”

Thing is, there really weren’t many people there, I was the last one - I think things might be a bit different if Jamie pitched up somewhere now. I’d like to meet him again while wearing the jacket.

I’ve just checked my Deadline collection, I’ve got 1-11, issues 1-6 are signed, so those were the only ones published at that point. Here’s the other sketches they did for me;
