Just ordered a pair. No idea how fashionable they are. I'm 51. Cheap enough.

20% sale on other stuff too.

Use code: FF2020

@ survivor (cheeky sod!😉)

I used to be 6' 1" but I've shrunk over the years to be spot on 6". Getting older sucks.😕

I can one up you there, the Schuch outlet store has loads of fancy stuff for cheap.

Only buy if you need it though, it is only a bargain if you need something! To be more sustainable I've started trying to avoid anything new unless absolutely necessary. I needed trainers but almost never find any in charity shops. On this site they sell all their 2nds or 'soiled' items. So buying a pair of trainers that were dirty form storage seemed more sustainable to me than buying brand new, much less likely to be sold and potentially go to waste. Plus cheaper!

Schuch imperects online store

p.s. Sign up to Martin Lewis newsletter, that's where I found this.

@anyexcusetoride legend, thanks - just what I needed for a mate who wanted new shoes but refused to pay more than £20 for "white high tops with the thick soles"

Sorted

That site linked at the top is the one my wife used for one of my Christmas presents. They sent a pair entirely different to what was ordered and then ignored any communication - avoid (it doesn't have a locked padlock in the address bar which should sound a few alarms).

Thanks, I've bookmarked that Schuh imperfects site for future use. "Slight discolouration" really not a worry when within a couple of days they'll be grubby from being used outside, just like a shoe should be used!

phwooor.

Oh ffs!

don’t worry - just soil them (take pics of yourself doing it) and you’ll be able to sell them for a profit

Cool. Must feel like a bike-park is the size of a country!?

Do you use a cat-flap?*

*Not for ill-gotten gains, perving, or cat-burglaring or stuff, I mean just for it being somewhat safer than a big swinging door and smarter than an unreachable door-handle?

I've managed to cancel the order.

However my fashion sense it's obviously beyond redemption.

Women's trainers

Do, erm, not sure how to word this correctly... female, erm models... do female models not erm, you know... groom themselves these days? Not complaining, but I didn't think the equality stuff had gone this far as yet...
