Same for now from Todmorden, crystal clear sky above but looks like there's a big cloud bank to the north.

Just had a brief but spectacular show from east of Dunkeld!

Back to just a green glow now...

Hmm, I guess i'd better get my cycling kit on and head out into the Galloway hills for a chance to see them…it's bloody cold out there t'night so i'll be in a major huff if i don't see anything.

I was going to take t'morn off from work anyway so this is the final excuse i need 😀

Night peeps, wish me luck…...

had some nice rays earlier, now its just a glow. Turn round tho and the sky is crystal clear. The Pleiades are my favourite constellation (ok cluster) for binoculars and beautiful tonight. I always know winters coming when I see the Pleiades, even more Orion.

Couple of shooting stars while I was out too as a bonus.

I got the alert but thought it would be too cloudy but seems it cleared but by then I was drunk and on my way home from the pub.

I guess the slight greenish glow I could see above Burnley was it then. Still, it was a really beautiful starry night up on the moors though.
