Service issues on Apple Pay this morning.

Been told to delete cards and re-install them on iPhones/Apple Pay If you are having issues (like me)

Starling/Barclays so far

Message says “some users are affected”

I am, just thought to inform.

Deleting cards and re-adding them fixed the problem BTW

So possibly a Barclays thing not an Apple Pay thing for all users ?

No issues this morning with Apple Pay linked to a nationwide account .

I had 4 bounces earlier, then checked my Apps and both providers had “service disruption” messages on main page.

I had this a few weeks ago with my Lloyds Debt via Apple Pay. Resolved itself, I find myself using it less and less anyway.

I use mine everyday, at least once per day

99.5% of the time via my watch, all OK here but thanks for the heads up

I still feel massively self concious using my watch for Apple pay, I don't feel like Cannock is ready for the technology yet.

Worth setting up for the odd impromptu payment but like cards in general not getting used to only one method of payment #zombieapocalypse
