I assumed council houses came with a 60" TV as part of the furniture?

I'd have though most council tenants would refuse a property with a TV that small

Just about big enough for their bedroom, so they can watch Towie and Jeremy Kyle from the comfort of there Pringle and Diet Coke strewn duvet, it should just be visible over the pile of dirty clothes.
