It's not really much hassle for £10 - took me 30 seconds.
If you're already a Prime user they will have all your secrets, so a few pictures doesn't hurt.

Edit - Just downloaded hotukdeals app and it says I'm not eligible. Not sure why.

@kayak23 as someone mentioned earlier, you have to click through the link above, click "get deal" AND then click on the ad that says you are eligible for the offer (assuming you are!!) - did you do that? You can't just download the app & upload some photos!

Just tried it. Turned auto backup off and uploaded a couple if random pics, what happens now!?

I don't think anyone said specifically to download the hotukdeals app.
The Op's words seemed to imply the Amazon app to me, despite the link to hukd.

Just download their app, set it to NOT automatically sync (if your like me) then just upload a random couple of pics. I uploaded a pic of a tree and my foot. Very quick to do

To me that suggested the photo app as hukd isn't a photo app so syncing isn't relevant.

Over thinking things I guess.

I got no confirmation email or anything but I did indeed get the £10 off a purchase that was over the minimum purchase amount.👍
