So who's going to grab a new PS4 then?

I was going to grab a copy of Assasins Creed Black Flag the other day but after seeing screen shot comparisons i'm going to treat myself to a spangley PS4 to saviour the clarity!

So do I preorder now? if so who with?

Or wait and try and get one within a few days of them coming out if anywhere has them in stock? Is there going to be empty shelves as the hype may have you believe or is it another marketing ploy?
I don't mind pre-ordering but some places seem to guaranteeing before xmas rather than on release so seems stock may be low...
Don't want to get myself excited on a pre-order only find i'd have it two weeks earlier I just walked into game or something!

Im going down the route of walking into a shop and getting a offer of some sort - however i reckon it will be a sell out for the first week or so.

Im not too bothered about pre ordering really... if its a sell out I will just wait till stock is around - in no rush.

They are not going to go to release day with no retail stock on shelves, that would be a disaster

The only ones in shops will be bundled with over priced naff games.

Not unlike previous xbox and wii launches.

It came out over in Canada yesterday and we managed to get one by just going down the shop, I got the last one and all the other shops I went to had sold out, I was pretty surprised the frenzy that had been created tbh and people were rushing around everywhere to get one and queuing overnight etc, by mid morning they were in the classifieds for twice the price lol

so if you 'really' want one I'd be tempted to pre order if you still can

What is the all-fired must-have hurry?

Perhaps you need to have a good hard self-examination of what your life is and where it is going?

Perhaps you need to have a good hard self-examination of why you're such a cheerless soul destroying joy sucking tube?

Im very tempted to get an Xbox One, some amazing titles coming out over the next few months.

Might wait until new year to see if any major issues are revealed and if the price drops. Although biting the bullet and ordering one has been playing on my mind a bit.

My little fella wanted the ps4 instead of the xbox and the xbox was $100 more so I didn't argue
