Just got a message saying that all the current roaming will still be free after brexit.
Not entirely unsurprised though, as they were the trail blazers with free international calls and data as long as it was within your normal contract.
It was pressure from 3 that made all the other UK mobile providers step their game up.
Not sure what point I'm trying to make.
Do a good, perhaps the best, USA data deal too.
I was with Virgin for years and could NEVER get the bloody thing to work abroad - got a phone through 3 literally the day before going abroad, turned it on when we landed and it... just... worked. No fuss, no hassle - well chuffed. 🙂
Just wish their coverage was not so city centic. Zero coverage where I live in the South Downs and zero where we are shortly to live in the highlands. They seem to have given up increasing their coverage and the business model seems to be just the low hanging easy to service fruit of city dweller who never venture far from home concrete.
