This guy's position is the more you breathe out the more you get taxed 😀

Hopefully someone will find the flaw in his well reasoned argument before it gets passed into law...who votes for these muppets?

I'd vote for him...

To be stood up against a wall and shot by a firing squad!

Is this for real? April Fool's day is still 4 weeks away after all... 😕

Cyclists are generally a lot fitter than normal people so in the long run, they emit less CO2.
Also, the stupid bastard can't see that CO2 emitted by people, is part of the rotational cycle for CO2. We breathe it out, plants breath it in. Plants love that CO2 shit.

It's not like fossil fuel trapped CO2 which has been trapped away for millions of years and now we're releasing by burning them.

Mr Orcutt would appear to be an oxygen thief - therefore he's the one who should be paying more tax.

It is just the old "you don't pay road tax" argument though - but worse as in the US motorists pay far less tax than they do here, hence are far more heavily subsidised by the rest of the population.

As a comparison, the beardy man should get someone to push his car along the same route as a cyclist rides, to see how much CO2 they each emit.
