You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Currently looking for property and trying to find a decent website to filter our search. Most sites have the usual 'Type of Property', 'Price range', 'Number of bedrooms' etc, but we really want to prioritise the outdoor space for the potential to build/extend. Also don't want any neighbours right on our boundary.
Does anyone know of any better sites than the usual Rightmove, Zoopla etc?
Personally I think you can look too deeply into these things. As often seen on Location, Location, Location too many tick boxes can mean years of fruitless searching.
The house we moved into in this April is one we kept scrolling past on Rightmove as it didn’t tick enough boxes. Eventually we both decided we should just view it to 100% rule it out. Ruddy place felt right the moment we walked in the door! 🤣🤣
If you narrow it down to area, price and mimimum beds, you shouldnt be looking as a vast list anyway? then anything that looks interesting, look it up on google earth for a better idea of the outside space and neighbouring buildings?
Totally agree with the-muffin-man. It's far better to also look at properties that are potentially wrong for you as it really helps you find the right property.
You’re lucky to be looking somewhere properties hang around long enough to still be on the market by the time a site like Rightmove uploads them. 🙂
