Is there an hourly rate for a property maintenance person? If that's a job. Someone to fix things in and on a property, repairing or replacing stuff?
What would you expect to pay per hour?

Are you supplying tools and insurance? What type of maintenance?

Some tool supplied and it can be anything from, replacing locks or doors, some gardening, painting and general wear and tear to keep the property in order. If an official tradesman is needed the property person will organise and over see the work.
No in insurance and cash in hand.

Sounds like a caretakers type job. I know someone who was doing that, about £13.50 ph on PAYE, Local authority, that was well paid I thought. My dad does something similar he gets about £8.50 p/h, no holiday pay e.t.c, he is past retirement age so it's pocket money so to speak, no dependants e.t.c. I think they take the piss at times as he regularly is off driving to pick stuff up on his fuel. If you are expecting some tools to be supplied I think it deserves more as tools are expensive and get damaged, ware e.t.c.
