Currently over 2yrs in to a 3yr lease.
In March the car developed major problems and had its camshafts replaced. Since then, it has developed a coolant leak that has resulted in it going back 4 times in the last 6 weeks.
After getting the car back yesterday, drove it 2miles down the road tonight to find coolant p1ssing out all over the engine.
Clearly there's a conversation to be had with the garage and leasing company tomorrow....
What I am not clear however is my rights in terms of returning the vehicle (worst case) or reimbursement for lack of a roadworthy vehicle.
The contract is vague in this area to say the least - I seem to be no better off than someone with a warranty dispute that had bought the car off the forecourt?
